I have received a damaged product, what do I need to do?
If you have received any damaged product the product would be replaced free of cost. Please contact the supplier/producer or our support team within 24 hours. Once 24 hours have passed such requests would be accepted with basic charges.
How to avail the warranty/guarantee associated with the product?
If the product has any warranty/guarantee policy associated with it the fulfillment is done by the producer/seller. The customer can directly connect with the producer/seller with the details from the system. The customer can also connect with our support team and they will forward your request to the concerned persons.
I have placed the order; can I cancel the order and get a refund?
Order placed can be cancelled within an hour, but with certain charges. We offer certain services where we might connect you with our vendors for custom orders. In such cases, it is governed by the vendor policies how they proceed with the cancellation.
If an order is cancelled by Shop furniture how will I get my refund?
If an order is cancelled by Shop furniture the money will be refunded to you by Shop Furniture on its own within 10 days from the date of cancellation. The customer need not raise the issue separately with us within that time.
